An office door is not the same as the building entrance
If your workplace sits behind a reception or shared lobby, explain which door has failed. A key problem at the office suite may be separate from the building access system. Name the person who can authorise the repair and arrange entry through reception. Mention any visitor registration or contractor instructions before an attendance is agreed.
Closing-time faults and planned changes
Say if staff are waiting because the door cannot be locked, or if you are planning a replacement while the existing lock still works. For a planned change, list who needs keys afterwards and whether the current key opens other doors. Azzurro offers commercial locksmith work as well as emergency lockouts and residential lock changes.
For flats and private homes
Describe the private door separately from any shared access. Explain whether a key is missing, the lock is worn or the door catches against the frame. Ask whether the proposed solution addresses the fault or simply replaces a component. Confirm the work, costs and current availability on the call, and ask for an attendance estimate for your address.
Choose your locksmith service
Make the first call useful
Have your full postcode ready. Explain whether you are locked out, the property cannot be secured or you are planning a lock change. For managed buildings, confirm who can approve the work and how the locksmith can reach the right entrance.
